Responsibilities:

• Process different types of land surveys (Topographical Survey, GPR Utility Survey, Setting Out Survey) and develop in AutoCAD and other tools relevant as required.
• Ensuring all the data collected from the field is downloaded and subject to QA/QC checks.
• Liaising with the senior team members to discuss issues and resolve them.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time by the senior management.

Essential Criteria:

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject area. (Civil/environmental engineering, land surveying, geography, etc.) or equivalent experience gained through the industry.
• Experience in planning and conducting field surveys.
• Up to date with the latest surveying technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Experience required 5+ years.

We are looking to hire a Business Development Officer to work with our management team to drive business growth. This successful applicant will take ownership of the ambitious growth of the company.

Applicants should ideally have experience working within a technical environment. They will be creative thinkers and be confident in developing and building relationships with both existing and new clients. They should possess good negotiation skills and be a team-oriented person.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with existing and prospective clients

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, in a fast-paced environment

• Seek out and develop new business opportunities and markets (Locally and Globally)

• Generate leads and cold call prospective clients

• Develop and enhance our company’s social media profile

• Analyse markets and establish competitive advantages

• Build and manage the social media platforms (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc).
• Manage paid Ads across all the channels and work to optimize Ads.
• Make and discuss strategies with the management to implement or meet the goals of the company.
• Build the company’s great reputation by building relationships with clients on social media.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies for international events. eg Black Friday.
• Must be able to create different posts, brochures, company profiles, presentations, video editing, introductory videos, etc for the company.
• Able to do some research for the clients and competitors in international markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related certifications.
• Experience in managing social media marketing and content creation.
• Strong creative and analytical skills.
• Having graphics designing skills will be given preference.
